Sponsor Poster Submission Form

 

You will need the following to complete your submission:

  • Name of Project/Program or Initiative (350 Characters Max)
  • Company Name (350 Characters Max)
  • Sponsorship Level
  • Project Originator and Project Partners (Please include all project Partners)
  • Project Overview/Community Impact Description (400 word maximum)

Deadline for Submissions:  September 5, 2025 

 

Please note, you will be able to take your submission home with you after the event. HSU will provide a carry case for you to take the banner home. 

Any banners, not collected will be discarded.
